Account/Sales Manager

We’re looking for employee number 4 to help us on this journey.

The role 

The role is working directly with the founders, marketing and tech team in continuing the growth of MGH.  You will be:

Onboarding new companies and talent to our platform. 

Keeping all our companies happy and giving them a helping hand finding top talent as well as attracting talent to MGH. 

Helping the talent  with the onboarding process on  the platform who are looking for new opportunities as well as growing and attracting new talented individuals onboard.  

Drive MyGoHire and MyConstructionWallets strategy. Share ideas, improvements and thoughts, we want to hear any ideas you have. Continual improvement of the customer journey experience to make it the number one place for companies and talent to go to.

It will be nice if you have:

• Experience within sales, account management or recruitment.
• Roll up your sleeves and get involved attitude 
• Your own laptop and phone
• Confidence and the ability to adapt to changing environments

We are really looking for someone who has the ability to make a real positive impact in a small company.  You have the ability to create change in one of the least digitalised industries in the world and call this company your own.
