Williams Homes is a family business based in Bala, Gwynedd on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park.

Our company started in 2003. We specialise in the construction of award winning, innovative low carbon, high quality timber frame homes throughout North and Mid Wales. We have our own joinery workshop producing timber frames, doors and windows using time served joiners to a very high standard.

Williams Homes are ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and the 45001:2018 accredited and members of recognised trade organisations such as ‘Trada’ and ‘Constructionline’. We are also proud members of Woodknowledge Wales, who champion the development of wood-based industries for increased prosperity and well-being in Wales.
