Multi Site Manager/Contracts Manager
Williams Homes are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive leader to join our senior site management team. With a full order book for the next 5 years, there isn’t a better or more exciting time to join our team.
The role will involve overseeing numerous sites and should have the drive and enthusiasm to inspire your site managers their teams whilst liaising with sub-contractors to work to tight deadlines and the build programme whilst delivering the best possible client journey.
Excellent communication skills are essential, ensuring the consistent relay of site progress to our clients, Directors and Head of Construction. The successful candidate will have the support to succeed from our Field and Head Office teams, including our Head Of Construction, Project and Technical Managers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple construction sites, preferably within the house building sector.
Employment package will be confirmed during the recruitment process.
Minimum requirements: SMSTS, First Aid, successful cluster site management or multiple project track record (with house building experience).
