A good Knowledgeof the following

- Build phases.

- Groundworks.

- Structural alterations.

- Hard landscaping.

- Understanding and ability to readdrawings+ specification.

- Have a good knowledgeof the building trade as a whole.

- Able to get to workwithout relyingon others.

- Have a driving license+ own transport.

- Able to work and fit into our team.

- Able to be left to complete allocatedtasks on theirown.

- Have a good work ethic.

- To work clean and leave all working areas clean and tidy.
