Job Purpose:

As an Estimator, you will Support the company operations by writing very detailed quotations to send to our clients. You will deal with queries relating to quotations in a timely manner.

You will deliver exceptional customer service and support the Maintenance team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Writing detailed quotes based on the Engineers reports

2. Ensuring quotes are sent within 24 hours

3. Ensuring quotes have a step by step description to ensure the clients and engineers understand the steps required to carry out the job

4. Report daily on the number of quotes and value of quotes sent

5. Chase sub-contractors for reports on a daily basis

6. Deal with queries straight away with any quotes

7. Ensuring the email inbox is clear and queries answered to straight away

8. Answering phone calls in a professional and polite manner
