Job Description

Due to continued growth we are now looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our development projects and support the existing team.This role involves working closely with the site teams to ensure that all the sites are working safely, to program and on budget.

Our sites range from 20-65 units and are located along the A55 corridor from Ruthin to Anglesey. We are looking for someone who has experience within a similar role in construction or at the very least an experienced contracts manager used to managing numerous sites at any given time. You will be supported by an experienced team who cover:

Site Management.

Labour/Material Procurement.

Site Programs.

Health and Safety.

Quality Control.

This role will mainly site based with a mix of home working with some face to face meetings in our head office.

You will be provided a company vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: £70,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
