WHAT TO EXPECT

You will live within commuting distance of ourBicesteroffice and workwith a National Client on projectsacrossthe UKproviding strategic advice to ourwell-establishedclient base, particularly in thePowerSectors.We offer a flexible approachto office/home working.Progression is one of our core values and as such we will provide you with development opportunities and mentoring to help you move your career to the next level.

No two days will be the same as you will be managing fast paced utility and infrastructure projects, reporting regularly to theclientand liaising with landowners and occupiers to secure the relevant access rightsrequired to deliver your clientsobjectives. You will negotiatelicenses,easementsand secure rights via DCO / CPO where necessary.You will dealwith avarietyofschemes,rangingfrom compensation claims up tohigh-profilelinear projects.

You will beaconfidentand drivenindividualwho will be able to liaise regularly with the client,toprovidesupportedstrategicadvice to your clientsand successfullydeliver numerous projects with thesupport ofawider team.Our clients and their projects cover a large areaacrosstheNorth East,South Eastand Wales.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You may have previous experiencein a similarrole, orhave the transferable skills from other work experience.You’ll need drive,passionand a sense of humour! Great verbal and written communication skillsareessentialand you’ll be ambitious to develop your career and join a business that is on an exciting journey.
