RPS is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Project and Cost Consulting business as we continue to solve problems that matter.


As a Project Manager at RPS based in our Manchester office, you will be joining our highly successful, ever growing team managing the delivery of cost management in commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics developments or as part of a team in significant components of larger cost management assignments.

About the Role:


This is a client facing role working on large flagship projects, enabling you to support the leadership team with the delivery of projects and take ownership of your own work, whilst deferring to more senior members in the wider team for support on larger projects - this is an exciting time to join our business and the right candidate will have accountability, responsibility and recognition on a level that other employers cannot offer.

You will act as a key member within the Project Management team in delivering projects of varying values and complexities, from inception to completion, in sectors including but not limited to industrial, office (commercial), residential and student residential.


Requirements for this role:

• 3 – 5 years proven experience of delivering high quality project management in relevant sectors

• Able to evidence your ability to influence and successfully deliver within a client facing role

• Degree qualified in Project Management (or Construction related

• Recently Chartered or willingness to become chartered

• Proficient with JCT Forms of Contract

• Industrial and / or residential experience desired but not essential
