Williams Homes are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our site management team on Anglesey. With a full order book for the next 5 years, there isn’t a better or more exciting time to join our team.
You should be organised, be able to use Microsoft Docs and Google Drive with an excellent grasp of Health & Safety, Quality and meeting programme targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the programme deadlines are achieved.
- Manage all site paperwork.
- Assess quality of works at all stages.
- Ensure all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and in line with current H&S Standards.
To be successful in the role you will posses the following skills and attributes:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- First Aid
- Have excellent communication, problem solving skills & organisational skills.
Salary will be based upon experience.
