We are looking for a Construction Professional with good technical building knowledge, the ability to design and with project management experience.

You will be exposed to schemes ranging from £50k to £2m+ and will be able to assist our current small team with the Project Management, including Contract Administration, of those schemes.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of residential building construction and will be fluent in the use of AutoCAD (or similar). They will be expected to be able to design schemes ranging from house extensions, through to new build residential to small flat developments.

We are a small and dynamic Chartered Building Consultancy with a solid client base. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who will be able to slot into our working environment and hit the ground running.
