Building Manager

Responsibilities include:
- Providing a first-class building management service to both client and occupiers.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure working practices undertaken by personnel and contractors are safe, expedient, and compliant with procedures to meet or exceed relevant legislative and regulatory standards, seeking independent specialist support or resource as may be required
- Ensuring that health & safety legislation is adhered to, minimising the risk to the client and the business
- Overseeing service charges
- Organising insurance for the buildings
- Financial and building updates
Requirements
- A Building Manager who has overseen the running of a commercial or mixed-use building
- previously.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience managing contractors.
- Understanding of customer service.
