Scope and Remit

We have a fantastic opportunity for two experiencedAccounts Payable Assistants to join our Central team in Bradford. The successful candidates will support the Accounts Payable Manager with the day to day running of the Accounts Payable Department.

Main responsibilities/duties include:

  1. Processing supplier invoices;
  2. Completing statement reconciliations;
  3. Processing Sub Contractor payment notices;
  4. Dealing with payment and invoice enquiries;
  5. Creditors ledger maintenance;
  6. Answering telephone calls.

Ideally, candidates will have:

  1. Relevant experience;
  2. Strong knowledge of Word and Excel;
  3. Excellent communication skills;
  4. Great attention to detail;
  5. Good team working skills.
