Production Manager - North Wales (A55 Corridor)

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager with either a modular or construction background to run our new modular factory. The successful candidate will be extremely organised, have the ability to lead and manage the quality and production systems in place. They will be responsible for the entire day to day operation, including staffing, H&S, quality and stock control. The position will involve pre commencement of production to help develop the production systems. You should be focused, driven, dynamic and have the ability to self motivate. You will manage a small team of supervisors, stock and quality controllers to assist delivering a quality product on program. Salary will be dependent on experience. Bonuses will be paid for achieving and exceeding targets.
