  1. What we are providing on our site to talent
    • My Go Hire operates a platform which allows businesses to communicate with and enter into agreements with professions for the provision of work or services, and to download and upload content for that purpose using our website at www.mygohire.com 
    • My Go Hire is a platform which allows you to search for, negotiate with and engage professional workers who have signed up to our Service ("Talent") on a part time or full time basis. 
    • You must decide for yourself the suitability of a Professional and whether to enter into an agreement with a Professional. Although we may use reasonable endeavours to confirm Professionals' identity, experience, training, qualifications and authorisations necessary for them 1 to work, we will not be responsible in any way if the Professional you engage is unsuitable for, or insufficiently experienced to perform the advertised role. 
    • In the event that you engage with a Professional through our Service, any contract will be solely between you and the Professional. We will not get involved in any negotiations or interfere in any disputes between you and the Professional. 
    • You will be responsible for the actions of any Professional that you engage with and for honouring the commitments you make to the Professional as set out in the contract between you and the Professional and under applicable law. You agree to indemnify us in full (including any legal or professional costs) against any claims brought against us in respect of your conduct or the conduct of a Professional engaged by you. 
    • You may download and upload content as permitted by the functionality of the Service and these Terms of Service. 
  1. My Go Hire Services
  2. General 
    • You must register, create an account and await verification from My Go Hire before you can fully access the platform.
    • Your Account may be subject to verification including, but not limited to, validation against third party databases or the verification of one or more official government or legal documents that confirm (among other things) your Authorised Users' identity and your credit worthiness.
    • You confirm that the person who has set up an Account on your behalf has sufficient authority to do so. If an Account has been set up on your behalf without your authority, you should inform us immediately.
    • We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your Account.
    • You may share the details of the Account you create with your Authorised Users, and, where applicable, any rights granted to you to use our Service are also granted to your Authorised Users. You are responsible for any activities that occur under your Account and otherwise responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login details of your Account. If you have any concerns that your Account may have been misused, you should contact us at [email protected] straight away to let us know.
  1. Engagement 
    • We will ask you to provide details of the job role, working hours, responsibilities, pay and period of engagement.
    • We will not, however, conduct or engage in any negotiations on your behalf with respect to these terms and you must agree a contract with the Business to reflect any terms you agree. Your agreement with the Business will be between you and that Business only and you are responsible for ensuring you meet your agreement.
    • You as the business must be honest and truthful to your full extent on answering all questions and completing your profile
    • We and our selected business partners may provide advertising through the Service or by other methods such as email. This advertising may be based on your User Content or other information available through the Service. When delivering advertising we will only use your information, or that of your Authorised Users, as set out in our Privacy Policy
  1. Payment
    • My Go Hire uses a freemium based model. You have a free option to have 1 job post and 1 user only. To gain full access it would require a paid subscription service
    • Choosing a monthly subscription service on the website or contractual email.
    • You have the option for a year subscription or monthly rolling contract
    • When creating an Account, you will be required to provide us with valid, up-to-date and complete credit or debit card details, and you hereby authorise us to charge such credit or debit card for the commission and any other fees payable to us. 
    • If we are unsuccessful in charging the credit or debit card and have still not received payment within 14 days after informing you, and without affecting any other rights and remedies available to us we may, without responsibility to you, suspend or temporarily disable all or part of your access to the Service and we shall be under no obligation to provide any or all of the Service while the commission and any other fees concerned remain unpaid.
    • Are exclusive of value added tax (if applicable) unless otherwise expressly stated which shall be paid at the same time as payment of the commission and fees. We shall send you a VAT invoice in respect of any amount paid to us if you request us to do so.]
  1. Your Content 
    • You confirm that any images, text or information that you make available or create ("User Content") whilst using the Service will meet the Rules of Acceptable Use. 
    • We do not claim ownership of your User Content. Instead, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, reproduce and make available the User Content anywhere and in any form for the purposes of providing our Service (including allowing our users and Professionals to view and use User Content). 
    • To the extent applicable, our right to use User Content does not in any way affect your privacy rights or those of your Authorised Users and we will only use information that identifies you or your Authorised Users as set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not check or moderate any User Content before it is added to the Service by users. We may later check, moderate, reject, refuse or delete any User Content if anybody objects to it, or we think that it breaks any of the Rules of Acceptable Use.

    • Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security related features of the Service or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of the content accessible via the Service;
    • Give any false or misleading information or permit another person (other than Authorised Users) to use the Service under your name;
    • Disclose the information to anyone outside of your company.
    • Use the Service if we have suspended or banned you from using it; 
    • Send junk, spam or repetitive messages, engage in any illegal or unlawful conduct, modify, interfere, intercept, disrupt or hack the Service or collect any data from the Service other than in accordance with these Terms of Service; 
    • Misuse the Service by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which would harm the Service or any user of the Service's own equipment; 
    • Submit or contribute any content that contains nudity or violence or is abusive, threatening, obscene, misleading, untrue or offensive or submit or contribute any User Content without the permission of the content owner or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties; or use any User Content in violation of any licensing terms specified by the owner or submit or contribute any information or commentary about another person without that person's permission. 
    • Failure to comply with the Rules of Acceptable Use constitutes a serious breach of these Terms of Service, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice)

  1. Termination of engagement
    • If you wish to stop using the services of My Go Hire Platform
    • If at any time you do not feel that you can agree to these Terms of Service or any changes made to the Terms of Service or the Service, you must immediately stop using the Service.
    • If you wish to stop using the Service, please follow the instructions for deactivating the Account in the settings feature of our Service.
    • If you fail to pay any sum due to us and such sum remains outstanding for a further fourteen (14) days following notice requiring such sum to be paid we may cancel your Account immediately by notice and without responsibility to you. 
    • We may immediately end your use of the Service if you or they break the Rules of Acceptable Use, any other important rule(s), or terms and conditions we set for accessing and using the Service including these Terms of Service. 
    • We may also withdraw the Service as long as we give reasonable notice that we plan to do this so that you have a reasonable period of time to download any of your User Content
  1. Liabilities 
    • We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it.
    • We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

You must not disclose it to any third party. Sharing data from My Go Hire to others outside your organisation will involve instant removal from our site and further investigation.
    • We have the right to disable any user identification log-in or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.
    • If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification log-in or password, you must promptly notify us at [email protected].

    • Allow you to use My Go Hire platform to search and engage with business on the platform
    • Conduct pre-screening and ensure correct personal information is shown.
    • Businesses have the opportunity to post content, including descriptions of any roles, directly on our Service. As such, while we will take all reasonable steps to verify the identity of Businesses and the nature of their business, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any role description, schedule or other information provided by Businesses or any other third party. 
  1. Engagement 
    • We will ask business to provide details of the job role, working hours, responsibilities, pay and period of engagement.
    • We will not, however, conduct or engage in any negotiations on your behalf with respect to these terms and you must agree a contract with the Business to reflect any terms you agree. Your agreement with the Business will be between you and that Business only and you are responsible for ensuring you meet your agreement.
    • You as the candidate must be honest and truthful to your full extent on answering all questions and completing your profile.

    • We will not charge you (the candidate) a fee for using the Service.
