After months of hard work, dedication, late nights, and speaking to many users, we are delighted to finally be able to show you all the improvements that have been made to make searching for jobs in construction even EASIER!. It’s super easy to sign up, apply, chat and we have added even more features to make getting hired or hiring quick, easy and pain-free.

MGH is simple, we help talented individuals find jobs within construction, architecture, and engineering within the built environment.  We’re a messaging tool that allows you to hire or get hired directly. Pain-free and transparent!

Candidates you have spoken and we have listened!  (job) ALERT, if you can’t find a role you’re looking for simply set up your preference and we will notify you when a new role is added. But don’t forget, if you create a profile our companies can always search for you too.

Even though we have made all these improvements we’re still 100% free for all Companies. Not only do you get to hire for free, which is all easily managed through our fine-tuned Applicant Tracking System, you can also advertise your roles for free!
