CJ Bloor is now looking to take on a new surveyor who will be in charge of managing the building surveying and valuation department.

Duties to include:

• Managing own caseload.
• Managing own administrative duties (until admin assistance is implemented).
• Normal duties surrounding building surveys and valuation work.
• Expand and manage the new department.

The successful candidate will be MRICS or AssocRICS Qualified with a minimum 3 years of experience in producing Building Survey Reports and HomeBuyer Reports. RICS Registered Valuer.

Ideally Domestic and Commercial EPC Qualified. SAP/SBEM Qualified (not essential).

Must have your own car.

Contract Salary: £35,000.00 to £40,000.00 /year
