An interesting opportunity has arisen at the London Fire Brigade to join the property department to act as the contract manager for the CAFM/Helpdesk/MI Contract, and lead the FM Team to ensure the contract requirements are met and the fire stations are adequately maintained to support operational response.
This role supports operational users of the LFB estate and associated services in accessing and engaging with the wider property function. The effective management of customer services, CAFM systems and an estates helpdesk make this role integral to the success of the wider LFB Property function. A good working knowledge of CAFM systems and data analytics are beneficial in this post.
