We are a family company based in Bala, North Wales. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Civils Contracts Manager. You will be working on different construction sites, predominantly across North and some Mid Wales:
- This is a management role, you should have at least 2-3 years Civils Management experience.
- You will be managing up to 50 labour only subcontractors.
- Overseeing civils companies working on a supply and fit basis.
- You will be responsible for programming the works and allocation labour as required.
- Liasing with the site management team on progress and quality of work.
- Regular travel will be required across North Wales throughout Gwynedd, Anglesey and Denbighshire and into Mid Wales.
- A company vehicle is provided.
